Amazing location and views. The staff from the valet to the front desk made this trip beyond easy. Great communication, and they helped me make the trip even more special for my husband and son by setting up surprises beforehand. I can't rave about this place enough. We will be frequent returnees.

The only negative I can say (and this is me being so picky) is the amount of channels that were available on TV.

No detergent for washing machine. . Inadequate towels for a 3 day stay . Needs more lighting in bathroom .

A perfect mountain get away with all of the perks of a city stay. Just as pictured - Amazing views from every angle. It was a wonderful surprise that the windows opened :) Minutes to drive to the mountains with stores and restaurants outside your door. The hotel restaurant is delicious and only an elevator ride away! Worth every penny especially during these COVID times. We always felt safe and everyone wore masks. Elevator rides are basically private.

At the price point I would like a full mirror other than only the one over the bathroom sink. The Only downside was valet- we had an issue one time and we usually had to wait for our car.
