The kitchen is fully equipped with housewares as well as fine upgrades such as granite countertops and upgraded appliances. The living room has a large TV, a DVD, a designer queen sofa sleeper with additional comfortable seating, a round table, as well as a coastal elegant dining space. The primary bedroom includes a large king bed, access to the private Gulf front main balcony, as well as patio seating to enjoy the view. You can also enjoy a spacious primary bathroom with a large jetted tub, a separate shower, upgraded lighting, and a dual sink vanity with granite counters. There is one guest bedroom that features a king bed and another with two double beds, both with designer bedding and full upgraded bathrooms. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Views: the views were amazing. Hands down they have to be the best views on the beach. With that said the condo is very high up. So if you are afraid of heights be aware. Condo: the condo was clean and comfortable. Our family of 6 had plenty of room. Beach: the resort has a private beach with chair service. If you rent directly through Newman-Daily they will include that with your rental. We paid an extra 250 for the chairs. They cover the beach and you can’t put a tent up in front of them. However people will take their beach chairs and set up right in front if you. It’s a little annoying, but not a deal breaker. Overall we loved our stay and would definitely return.

This is an amazing property. Luxurious. We had more than enough rooms, bathrooms, tvs, places to sit, etc. We were blown away by the view and how gorgeous this property is.
