The primary bedroom includes a large king bed, access to the private Gulf front main balcony, as well as patio seating to enjoy the view. Views: the views were amazing. Hands down they have to be the best views on the beach. With that said the condo is very high up. So if you are afraid of heights be aware. Condo: the condo was clean and comfortable. Our family of 6 had plenty of room. Beach: the resort has a private beach with chair service. If you rent directly through Newman-Daily they will include that with your rental. We paid an extra 250 for the chairs. They cover the beach and you can’t put a tent up in front of them. However people will take their beach chairs and set up right in front if you. It’s a little annoying, but not a deal breaker. Overall we loved our stay and would definitely return.

Wonderful stay - best property we have rented and we have come to Destin numerous times. Definitely saving this one to book again . Best Views, easy beach access - nothing negative.

The place had an incredible view of the beach! The decor of the place was nice. There was plenty of space for my family and I. We plan to come back again!

My husband and I took our parents on this trip. The condo is spacious, well decorated, very clean and just lovely. There was plenty of room for all of us to enjoy. The property is in a wonderful location, close enough o restaurants but quiet enough to enjoy the sounds of the gulf. The beach is gorgeous and one of my favorite places. We would definitely stay there again
