Silver Shells L04 is an incredible four-bedroom, three-bath penthouse condo boasting incredible panoramic views of the crystal-clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the surrounding Destin area. Whether you are taking a family vacation, going on a spontaneous trip with your friends, attending a special event or any occasion between, Silver Shells L04 offers all accommodations needed for a picture-perfect beach vacation.
Upon entering, you will find the fully-equipped kitchen on your right, boasting gorgeous granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, plenty of storage space, along with all utensils and cookware needed to create your favorite meals while on vacation. The kitchen opens into the dining area and living room, providing plenty of room to spread out. The dining table seats four guests and there are three additional bar chairs by the kitchen breakfast bar. Step into the inviting living area offering matching furnishings and décor, along with a large, mounted flatscreen television and DVD player combination. Cozy up with your loved ones for a movie night after a long day of soaking up the sun on the beach or simply exploring all that Destin has to offer. Two guest bedrooms are on each side of the living room, each with a large flatscreen television. Each guest bedroom leads into its own guest bathroom, for added convenience.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). This rental was perfect for our group of 3 couples. Has views of ocean and a great pool. Check in and out was a little inconvenient due to rental company is off site. Supposed to have 1 FOB per 2 people but we only received 2 and they could not get us another. Room was clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Would stay here again.

Very spacious place to accommodate my family of 7 (3 couples friends) - the amenities @ Silver Shells are unmatched! Beach pool service from the tiki bar is such a perk for a long day at the beach!!! This is our 3rd year at Silver Shells, and we will be looking to stay in this condo again in the future.

We were really looking forward to our stay, but unfortunately, the condo experience left much to be desired. I contacted the property manager on four separate occasions during our stay, and communication was consistently poor. We have been home for two weeks and no one has returned my call regarding my concerns to this day. When we arrived to check in, we weren’t even acknowledged at the office, and the staff seemed unaware of our reservation.We were given the wrong condo bracelets, which led to uncomfortable encounters with resort staff who assumed we were not guests. With eight people in our group and only four fobs provided, it was frustrating trying to access shared resort amenities.The unit itself had several maintenance and supply issues. The master shower wouldn’t drain — thankfully, my husband was able to fix it himself using a plunger. The garbage disposal didn’t work, several of the bedroom TVs were non-functional, and there was no hand soap or usable toiletries in any of the bathrooms. One of the spare bathroom's tub was disgustingly dirty. The dryer sounded like it was going to fall apart at any minute. The best part of the trip was the beautiful beach and great weather — which helped make up for some of the inconvenience. However, the overall experience with the condo and management was disappointing, and we would be hesitant to return or recommend this property without significant improvements.
