The condo faces West, so you will have a perfect sunset all year long! There is balcony access from the living area and guest bedroom rooms. The living room has a full-sized pull-out sleeper sofa, so the condo will comfortably sleep 8.
The open living area features a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, spacious living room and dining room, all with amazing views of the water. The laundry room has a full-size washer/dryer and is also conveniently located off the kitchen area.
Lucia building at Silver Shells Beach Resort has its own pool and hot tub. Beginning fall 2020 the lagoon pool will be seasonally heated. We love Silver Sfells and this condo was exactly as described. It us a wonderful unit with 3 full baths that is perfect for family travel. It is also at the end of the hall which gives you some added privacy. We will definitely stay here again
