Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. We had a great experience at Surfside Resort. Beach was very accessible from resort and it was nice to have Beach chairs that went with our room set up on the sand for us. The on site restaurant was nice and convenient for our sit down family meal together to celebrate my 36th wedding anniversary. Our children and grandchildren also booked rooms at the resort and we were treated very well during our four days there. Check-in was a breeze, the desk receptionist was very helpful and informative. Check-out was equally as easy. I have been on many vacations in my lifetime and this one went down as being one of the most memorable and enjoyable times to date. We would come back to or recommend this resort no problem.

The room is good if your not looking for something to spend lots of time in. The beds had sand in them and the carpet was not vacuumed. The shower was not clean and had hair in the drain. One of the shower doors was broken and so was one of the closet doors so you couldn't actually use the closet at all. But other than that the room is good for just somewhere to sleep a few nights.
