The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Check in time of 4pm is outlandish.. the whole day is wasted. Listing said king and full size in 2nd room.... it was 2 full size beds. There was some trash behind the dresser in the spare room. The restaurant down stairs, we had a roach crawl across our table.... just a bad experience. Parking is a nightmare....... not sure we would stay again. The spa on the other hand was wonderful!!! Massage was great
