2 Full Sized Beds, Waikiki Banyan, Free Wi-Fi and Parking
The pool and all associated amenities will be closed starting April 7, 2025, for an estimated duration of 10 to 14 months to accommodate the Recreation Deck renovation project.
Enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen and comfortable seating in the living room. Kitchen includes refrigerator, range, microwave, rice maker, coffee maker, and other standard kitchen wares. All units come with a private bathroom, and seating for 4 or more for dining.
Convenient sleeping arrangements include 2 Full Sized Beds. Additional sleepers may be accommodated by special request through sofa sleepers and high quality inflatable beds. Please contact us directly prior to room assignment. The bedroom can be made into a private room by a sliding partition, or left open to the entire unit. All bedrooms include views from the large bedroom window.
FREE Wi-Fi internet, TV with cable, A/C unit in the living room. Take advantage of all of the extras we provide so you can get the most out of your vacation.
Koko Resorts at The Waikiki Banyan
Most of our condos at Koko Resorts are located in the luxurious Waikiki Banyan, an ideal spot for any occasion in Hawai'i. Just a block from the famous Waikiki Beach, you can easily enjoy dipping your toes in the soothing ocean water, surfing, swimming, scuba diving, hula dancing, and exploring Hawaiian nightlife. The Waikiki Banyan is also close to top-notch dining options and shopping centers like the International Marketplace and Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center. For family fun, the Zoo and Aquarium are just around the corner, and public transportation is readily available for exploring Honolulu, conveniently located just outside the building.

Enjoy coffee and breakfast at The Banyan Breeze, a local coffee shop, and stock up on local treats at the lobby s Mini Mart. The recreation deck includes a full-length pool, hot tubs, saunas, a tennis court, barbecue grills, and a children s playground. Koko Resorts offers additional amenities such as free parking for one vehicle, free Wi-Fi, cable TV, and fully equipped kitchens in each suite. Portable beds and cribs are available upon request, and each floor has a laundry room with provided detergent. Our stay was exactly what we needed, we definitely intend to return. Location is right where you want to be to enjoy the city. Support is always ready to help and attentive.

Property was exactly as described. Walking distance to zoo & 5 min walk to beach. Hotel itself was a little older but room had everything we needed. Free parking was a plus, Wifi worked great & great view of the ocean & Diamond head from balcony. Only con was pool not very kid friendly. Security was very rude & kicked us out for my 7 year old jumping in & splashing. Somehow I missed the sign prohibiting jumping. Was rudely asked to leave. But other than that I would stay again if I didn’t plan on using pool.
