-Beach chairs, boogie board, and one cooler
-Bed linens (including one set of linens and one blanket for each bed), bath towels, beach towels, and kitchen towels
-Dishes, silverware, and cookware (including a coffee maker, tea kettle, rice cooker, and blender)
-Hair dryer, iron, and ironing board
-Starter condo supplies, including dish soap, dish sponge, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, paper towel, and toilet paper (guests are responsible for replenishing supplies during their stay)

CHECK-IN IS 3:30PM — CHECK-OUT IS 10:30AM
Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival.

When I booked this property I had an issue with my card accepting the payment. The customer service rep was rude. That was my first issue. I complained about the rudeness, and we were able to work through the process. Upon arrival, check in was easy. This unit is small but nice. Surrounded by everything. We had issues with the air. We light incense to pray and also to cover up the light mildew scent and someone(worker that came to check out the air)accused us of smoking when her concern should have been the air. The guy that fixed the air had to vouch that it was only incense. It was ok but the drama was unnecessary. I would have given a 5 star if there was less drama. I’m on the fence about staying again. Hawaii was beautiful and this place has lots of potential.

The place was very close to the beach and downtown. It was close to all the nice restaurants and was very lively. The place was also very clean and had all the beach stuff handy. Would stay again here.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Waikiki Banyan is in an excellent location—we have stayed there in the past. Housekeeping upon arrival was good. Enjoyed having a dishwasher. Found the couch, living area rug & beach chairs to be quite dirty. Did not have water in the unit the last 2days of our stay between 8am-3 pm. That was disappointing & inconvenient. Hawaii is always beautiful!
