Located in beautiful Orange Beach, AL, this bright and inviting retreat is ideal for small families or couples looking to unwind by the water.
Floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors fill the living and dining areas with natural light and offer instant, sweeping views of the shimmering Gulf. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for preparing meals when you're not enjoying the many local restaurants just minutes away. The primary bedroom provides direct access to the shared bathroom, which also opens to the hallway for added convenience.
Additional comforts include a sleeper sofa + 2 twin sleeper chairs in the living room, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer—making your stay easy and enjoyable from start to finish.

• SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. Communication and check-in were great! The property is convenient to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. The condo itself smelled bad when we first got there. I don’t know if someone had cooked/burned something earlier but there was a very strong odor. It was clean though. The living room furniture also had a mild mildew-like smell and isn’t very comfortable. As a previous guest posted, the bed is creaky but not so bad that we couldn’t sleep on it. There is no blow dryer either. Not a big deal for me, but it could be for someone else. The balcony furniture could use a good scrubbing as it is covered in mildew. The kitchen is adequate but the burners on the stove are uneven due to the ill-fitting drip pans under them. The bathroom doors could use some cleaning and possibly painting.The bathroom has been remodeled and the shower is nice. The condo is adequate. It has wonderful views and all the necessities (except for a blow dryer). The washer and dryer worked great also. Overall it was a nice place to stay and, with a few small upgrades, would be a great place to stay.

Condo was as expected. Great views and a nice place. The only thing I wish was better was the bed in the bedroom could be upgraded. Mattress needs replacing and every time you moved the bed “creaked” loudly. We had a great time in our short stay.

The unit is adequate and has a lot of positives such as the location on the beach and although its a one bedroom it can realistically fit up to 6 people with the 3 pull out sofas. In our case it was just 2 of us and was disappointed with a few items. Some of the positives were the location right on the beach. The AC worked great and the technology with the TV and wifi were great as well. The negatives... It is extremely dated in several ways. For example the paint. It doesnt appear it has been painted in many years. You can hang new are and pictures but when on walls that havent been touched in a long while its just lacy. You can see paint on the trim, sloppy around the door and other places. The condition of several items like the louvered doors by the washer. They dont open at all. They come off the track easily. We had to fight with them then give up and then it looks trashy. The doors are hollow and dont open and close well as I assume there is some swelling. Its cheap and lazy again. The louvered doors again appeared decades old. You can replace those cheaply and simply literally at the home depot down the street. the kitchen table shows wear as its particle board and over time the surface gets wet so it swells and chips. Lastly and probably my biggest issue was the Bed. Although the mattress was ok and relatively comfortable the box spring was horrible. Everything you moved even slightly it SQUEAKED horribly.
