This inviting two bedroom unit is a great vacation getaway. The interior of the unit is very cozy yet tastefully decorated with upscale furnishings and wall to wall tile floors. The master bedroom has a fun beach décor with a king bed and adjoining full bath with access to your private balcony. The second bedroom has two twin beds. There are TVs, and DVD players in both bedrooms and the living room for your entertainment. The unit also has a washer and dryer for your convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped with full size appliances and everything needed for meal preparation. There is a dining room table that seats six. Majestic Sun A402 is sure to make great memories for you and your family on your next beach getaway. You will receive your arrival information via email. For your convenience, we have a concierge desk located at 77 Seascape Drive, Miramar Beach FL, 32250 if you have any further questions.
Please note: Majestic Sun is a smoke-free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We traveled from Oklahoma for a family vacation. We were very impressed with the ease or booking, access to the complex, and location. The view of the water is absolute amazing, and we loved sitting on the balcony in the evening! Having to walk just across the street to get to the beach was so nice and easy, especially with littles. There are minor things the owner could do to improve the aesthetic, especially for the price. Other than those few things we thought the place was perfect! We will definitely book again.
