ATTENTION ALL SNOWBIRDS! Spend your winter in Paradise! This unit currently has snowbird availability from Dec. 1, 2024-Feb 1, 2025. The snowbird rate is $2337.44 for the first 31 days and each additional night is $64.02 (these rates include all taxes but does not include any 3rd party booking fees) Please inquiry for more information.
The spacious, one bedroom, two baths have a washer and dryer and is loaded with all of the amenities you will need for a memorable vacation on the Emerald Coast.
The unit has a King in the Master and hall bunks that the kids would love. This unit is a guest favorite and features beautiful views straight ahead as well as coast line views as well!
Majestic Sun is situated between Destin and Sandestin and the Destin Commons and Silver Sands Outlet Mall!!
Relax in knowing that you will enjoy a clean, well kept condo through us!
All Majestic Sun units featured a private balcony overlooking the sugary white sands of the Gulf of Mexico!
Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen w/ all modern appliances and all the general items you'll need to cook in your home away from home!
Each guest will receive up to 2 free parking passes. Each additional parking pass will cost the guest $10 which is payable by cash only. Guest will be required to pay for the extra parking pass upon arrival.
Majestic Sun is a smoke free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.
Please note- We have very strict Spring Break policies and do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. We require there to be one adult over 25 for every two people under 25. We only take family vacations. No exceptions!

The place was excellent. Excellent value. Great view and location. Walking distance to bars and restaurants. The beach is within 509 feet. The unit was as described. It was a bit dated but that didn’t matter to us.

Very nice apartment, convenient location, right in front of the beach, and amazing views. Super Comfortable for a family of 3 as ours. The resort also offers a very nice swimming pool to complement with the stunning beach of the Emerald Coast.Check in and check out process was super smooth. Nothing to complain about
