This newly renovated attractive beach home is waiting to fill you with lots of happy beach vibes for your next Destin vacation! The full kitchen has lots of stainless steel appliances, an added Keurig to go along with a regular coffee maker, and counter space to make tonight's home-cooked meal a joy to prepare, and everyone will love eating at the handsome dining table before heading out to enjoy the cool evening air on the private balcony. Watch a good ballgame or a favorite DVD movie on the 65-inch TV while you use the free WiFi to download a good playlist to your device. (There is also a 48-inch TV in the bedroom.) To go along with the new decor, a Cozy Mattress, an elite sofa mattress, has been added to the living room couch for premium comfort. Take a leisurely stroll along the waves with someone you love under a canopy of evening starlight. If construction needs to go past these hours or on the weekends information will be posted a week in advance in the lobby of SunDestin. Construction will be completed by June 2025.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The condo was great, we enjoyed the views and the area as well as the hotels 2 pools. The only thing I didn't love was no early check in. We had to kill time and wait around until exactly 4 when we had driven all night and we're tired. Other than that it was great! I would have loved to spend more time there.

The location for this apartment complex is great close to many amenities, shops, stores and restaurants. The beach was excellent and access to it was very easy and close. The building was clean although the indoor pool needs more TLC as it was dirty with hairs all over the place. The restaurant and bar on site were really good although a little pricey. Parking is a hit or miss since there's construction onsite and many parking spots are blocked. The apartment unit generally was cozy but too small for a party of 4 or more people as the storage is very limited so consider packing light. They do not provide beach towels and also this unit is listed with washer and dryer which is NOT true. There's a shared laundry facility right in front of the apartment which is coin operated. They do not provide any condiments as other VRBO properties do (oil, salt, pepper, etc.)
Overall the stay was pleasant but we may consider a different unit for future stays.
