Newly and beautifully remodeled in 2024, this second-floor, beachfront condo gives you a gorgeous view of the Gulf of Mexico from its private balcony. With the beach and an outdoor swimming pool awaiting you downstairs, this is a place for memorable days spent on the shores of Destin.
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by contemporary coastal decor and a host of thoughtful updates throughout. The living room features chic furnishings - including a new American Leather queen-size sleeper sofa and a new 65-inch TV - not to mention a spectacular view of the Gulf before you.
Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a full suite of housewares, plus an adjacent dining table for at-home meals. When you're not at the beach, you can unwind as the day's swimsuits and towels spin in the washer/dryer.
The primary bedroom features a new 65-inch TV, while the built-in hall bunks - complete with a top safety rail - have individual TVs, perfect for the kids. There is one full bathroom with a shower/tub combination as well as an additional half-bath.
Things to Know
The pool in this building is closed until January 1, 2026, for repairs. The guest can use the pool in the A building. The pool code is the same in both buildings.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This unit was one of the cleanest places we have stayed. Kudos to the cleaning crew! The decor and bedding were wonderful! The view and location are the best as well. We love Crystal Sands and have loved every unit we have stayed in.

I actually have already left a review the day I checked out, but we had a great time. The room was very clean, loved the decor, well equipped kitchen, plenty of towels and linens. The beds were very comfortable, which isn’t always the case. The view was awesome!! Perfect location, not as crowded. We will definitely stay here again!

This was a beautiful condo. It was very nice. The cleanliness needed some work. The dishes were not clean at all. We had to wash everything before using it. We pulled a cup out of the cabinet with lipstick on it. I know this is not the owners fault though. The balcony door was really hard to open and there were some broken blinds… The location is great! You are very close to the beach. This is not a busy location which is what we enjoyed the most. You have wonderful views and it was quiet for the most part.
