3 1/2 stars. The location on an uncrowded section of beach with easy access and the view are absolutely perfect. That's the reason to go there. Seriously...can't be beat.
The apartment has a nice floor plan, with two half baths that share a shower and tub in a space between them. But it needs work. Bring a fan, as there's no air circulation in the main room. The bed is broken/lopsided. You can sleep in it, but it sags to one side because the box spring is broken. The cleaning was not great -- oven was so dirty it smoked when we tried to use it. Cheap TV barely runs any aps. Has cable...which fits, because everything in the place feels 30 years old. Old, uncomfortable furniture. Sad thing is, the place could be great with minimal investment. It has good bones. They just don't care to spend on it.
