Mainsail 132 is cozy retreat perfectly situated on the third floor in building one with breathtaking Gulf views, featuring easy access to the pool and the beach. Start your day off with breakfast on the balcony overlooking the Gulf, then wander down to enjoy the beach service!
The living area offers vibrant pastels with a new leather sleeper sofa and matching loveseat, a dining table for six, and 3 bar stools at the breakfast bar for additional seating. The kitchen is nicely updated with quartz countertops, full-size appliances, light wood cabinetry, and all the housewares needed to prepare meals at your home away from home. The master bedroom faces the Gulf with private access to the patio, a king bed with cozy bedding, occasional chair, and access to an ensuite private bathroom with a nicely updated custom tiled shower, and a really nice granite single vanity with a seat. The guest bedroom offers two twin beds and another nicely updated bathroom right next to it with a shower/tub combo and another fine granite vanity. Enjoy the use of a private washer and dryer during your stay tucked away into the kitchen area. There are flat screen TVs and DVD players throughout! Don't forget to take advantage of DVD movies at our check-in office! This property is very close to shopping, boating, fishing, and all the beach adventures your heart desires.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. This condo was great. Convenient to the beach and pool, beautifully furnished and a great view of the beach and sunsets. Our trip and stay was great.

As soon as we walked in, we noticed a horrible smell. I thought it was urine but we later determined it had to be mold. We think somehow water got into the condo. It was almost unbearable. We contacted customer service immediately. They said someone would come out to check on it, but they never texted to set that up and no one ever showed up. The people on the phone were so nice though. We bought some candles and air fresheners, and tried to suffer through. It was worse in the master bedroom. My husband and I had trouble sleeping because of it. The condo was also not very clean, and things inside were sorta old and desperately needed repair. For instance, the table on the very overly crowded balcony was broken. So we couldn’t enjoy coffee outside like we normally do on vacation. The chairs were uncomfortable too because they were broken. The table was wobbly because one leg was broken. Not to mention you could barely fit two people out there because it was so crammed with all the half broken furniture. It was just disappointing all around. We definitely won’t be back. The property was nice though. And the people who work for the property are also very nice. And we really enjoyed Destin. We’ll definitely come back to the area. We just won’t stay at this particular condo.
