The living room features a mirrored glass wall, comfortable seating, a television and a DVD player. The casual dining set has seating for six and there are three bar stools at the breakfast bar. You will find carpet in the bedrooms with tile floors in the common areas. The fully equipped kitchen features upgraded cabinets and countertops, white appliances, a washer and dryer in the pantry, and everything you need for family meals after a day at the beach. The master bedroom offers white wicker furnishings, soft green walls, and a flat panel television and DVD player. The master bath has a separate vanity area with a shower and bathtub. The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Loved the proximity to the beach and the balcony furniture. Even though we were anxious as to whether Hurricane Helene would hit Destin, we were comfortable.

It was ok. I think for the money it could have been nicer. Definitely needs painting and updating. The couch cushion sunk when you sat on it. The slider door to the balcony needs a warning sign about the 3-4 inch metal piece at the bottom that you trip over. The AC in the living room area could not keep up. Still not sure the dishwasher ever kicked on or not.
