The property was nice and location is very convenient. We has a minor issue with the fridge, but got sorted out right away, owner sent someone to look at it. Except for the couch that is very outdated and that needed to be change, but did not really bother us, and the cleanliness of the place is not 5*, but it is a cozy house and the access to the beach is close enough to walk, overall our whole family had a good time and was comfortable. Rooms are huge and spacious, living room and other areas of the house is big enough for us family of 10.

My family of 9 enjoyed our time in this house. We had plenty of room and space. Wish the outdoor shower would've worked to clean off after the beach. One balcony showed a fan, but there were no blades to use the fan. Be prepared to provide your own soap for dishes, detergent for the dishwasher and you'll want to bring TP as they provided the bare minimum. The beds were comfy. The living room furniture looks like its seen better days.

Nice house for our family! 6 adults and 4 kids age 3-12 were comfortable. Easy walk to the beach in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Not close to major grocery or restaurants so come prepared. We had a wonderful time together.

Nice neighborhood and close to the beach.
WiFi didn’t work our entire stay which was a huge inconvenience as I wanted to work a few hours. Customer service was notified and I was told someone would come out and repair it, nobody showed up. The fridge didn’t cool as it should and there was mold on the ceiling next to the AC vents in one bedroom upstairs. Overall I would stay in this area again just not in this rental.
