We had a great experience at this hotel. The staff were very helpful and always ready to assist with any requests. Housekeeping was especially attentive and did an excellent job-cleanliness throughout the hotel was truly exceptional. Great location as well.
There are a couple of areas that could be improved. The pool/jacuzzi water was quite cold, which made it less enjoyable to use. Additionally, the breakfast buffet would benefit from having a proper coffee machine, as the instant coffee prepared with a kettle didn’t quite match the overall quality of the rest of the experience.

The hotel is beautiful. Clean, comfortable. The rooms are large enough and luxuriously beautiful. There is parking in front of the hotel. It is close to all the interesting places to visit in Vranje. The staff are true professionals. The pool was clean and big but was a litle bit cold.
None except the pool was a litle bit cold.

Food in the restaurant and breakfast buffet were delicious.
Hotel was great, some small details:
- toilet paper holding was not attached properly and was moving
- spelling errors in the restaurant menu
- shower in the sauna is mounted wrongly: blue is hot water and red is cold
