Two story townhome in a popular area with great amenities close by at Carmel Commons with several great restaurants and shopping including an attached garage and extra parking spaces steps away from the front door. So very conveniently located, with a grocery around the corner! A place to walk your dogs is right across the street, and plenty of parking, to include a garage. The house is clean and well appointed, bed and bath linens bright white and clean. The owner was very responsive when we had questions, even making a special trip out once for us. We appreciate the hospitality!

This townhome is charming and just the right size for me and frequent visits from my family nearby. Tim and Penny were available if needed (hairdryer was missing) but otherwise honored my privacy. The kitchen had a good amount of utensils. We grilled one night and the grill worked fine. The bedding and beds were comfortable. They just had a strong smell of fabric softener which I’m sure won’t bother some people.

Loved the location. It was a great place to walk with my dog. The owners were very attentive. The unit was perfect. Mattress was very comfy….not too hard, not too soft. Lots of clean towels and linens. Washer and dryer were new and worked great.
Because the unit was dog friendly (which I appreciated as I have one) I found that the fabric upholstery was covered in pet hair. There was no hand wand for the vacuum to deal with this.
The primary ensuite bathroom is huge but the shower was small. Great walk-in closet. The other bedroom had a nice size bathroom with a tub/shower.
All the appliances were in great shape.
I really appreciated the use of the garage for extra storage.
