Newly remodeled condo conveniently located near Southpark and Ballantyne. Designer furniture with new wood flooring and fresh paint throughout. Vaulted ceilings in the main living areas overlooking a patio with a wooded view. The open kitchen is fully stocked and has granite counters. The condo has 2 full bathrooms that are connected to each bedroom to allow for more privacy. There are two brand new TVs in the family room and master bedroom. The condo has its own washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board. There is Wifi throughout with a desk/office area in the second bedroom. There is a neighborhood pool with walking areas for pets. The condo is 7min to Southpark and Ballantyne , 15min to the airport, and 20min to Uptown.

Great neighborhood with lots of close amenities. This condo had plenty of linens, dishes, and very comfortable furnishings. Lots of places to walk, very close to the pool, and extremely safe area.
Only issues were that the lock box was tricky and none of the mail or pool keys worked. The tvs were new but apps didn’t work well (we ended up buying Rokus). Also, there was some build up in the washer that stained our clothes so we ended up using a laundromat close by.

This was the perfect location and condo for my son and his friend to spend a month in NC. Property was well equipped. Jack responded immediately when the boys had trouble with the AC- no hitches! Great experience
