Great spot to discover beautiful mountains area

A very nice studio-apartment, well furnished and equiped, in a beautiful horse village, many possibilities for trips. A flat has its own parking spot in a garage in the same building. The apartment has a large balcon with a beautiful view on the mountains.

There was a little bit of dust in the flat (maybe because it has many "warm cloth seats ("carpet style") on the bench in the dining area. The floor could have been cleaned better...

Very stylish and neat interior. Lots of space in the apartment, big balcony and everything very well-kept

There should be recycling bin in the kitchen - that would make disposal of the waste much easier. Also bin in the bathroom would be usefull. Lack of some basic cookware in the kitchen.

Ein perfekter, erholsamer Aufenthalt in einer sehr sauberen, gemütlichen Unterkunft mit hervorragender Lage und super Ga

Die Wohnung war ausgesprochen sauber, modern und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Betten waren bequem, die Küche bestens ausgestattet und alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Die Lage ist perfekt – ruhig, aber trotzdem nah zu allen wichtigen Punkten. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchte ich auch die freundliche, unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern sowie den reibungslosen Check-in/Check-out.

Ehrlich gesagt gab es nichts, was uns wirklich nicht gefallen hat – wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.

Schlüssel waren in einem Safe am Eingang hinterlegt, den Code haben wir vor Anreise erhalten. Alles easy, gar kein Problem. Sehr unkompliziert.

Traumhafter Ausblick

Super Apartment. Betten sind bequem. Tip Top sauber nichts auszusetzen. Marco ist ein super Gastgeber. Immer wieder gerne . Und der Ausblick vom Balkon Top das alles noch. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Rundum einen schönen Urlaub verbracht.

Mooi verblijf in Koningsleiten! Voor korte skivakantie echt prima.

Ruim appartement, prima faciliteiten. Net en modern ingericht. Naast de supermarkt en skipiste is 5 min lopen. Bus zelfs op 100m!

Via Booking wordt aangegeven dat bedlinnen inclusief is, maar dat moet je alsnog "aftikken" bij aankomst. Alsook kosten voor schoonmaak en tax. (maar.dat is redelijk) Slaapplekken zijn oke, de ruimte die ontstaat door deze "slimme" indeling wordt dan helaas niet benut voor handige opbergruimte of haakjes. Je woont dus even tussen de ski kleding ;) Niet erg, maar had zoveel praktischer gekund.

Knusse wintersport

Prachtig appartement met alle faciliteiten op een perfecte locatie in Königsleiten voor een weekje wintersport.

Bij aankomst bleken er extra kosten te zijn voor o.a. beddengoed, dit was niet helemaal duidelijk bij de boeking. Daarnaast zijn de bedden (matrassen en kussens) van matige kwaliteit.

Versteckte Kosten = ABZOCKE, Ich mag versteckte Kosten nicht, ich muss die emails nich lesen - vor allem im Anreise Tag wenn ich fast 900 km fahr Bei Schlüssel Übergabe müsste ich zusätzlich 182 € zahlen. Danach habe ich die email gesehen das das für die Wäsche und Handtücher und Tiefgarage Parkplatz war. Wäsche hatten wir eigene, Tiefgarage Parkplatz habe ich nicht benutzt weil ich einen Dach Box hatte, ich wollte mit den Gastgeber drüber sprechen - der sagte zu mir das das Teil von seinem Business ist. Ich finde das aber als unfair wenn ich diese Sachen nicht gebraucht habe und dafür zahlen müsste.

Centrale locatie tegenover de supermarkt, dichtbij de piste en supermarkt! Het huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien zoals kruidens en bakpapier enz. Het huisje was erg schoon! Snel contact met de eigenaar!

Het appartement was schoon en ruim opgezet. de keuken was ruim ingericht het met bestek, borden etc

Voor mij was het top. Als ik met een gezin met kleine kinderen zijn zou ik qua geluid wellicht kiezen voor een aparte slaapkamer. Zijn de kinderen wat ouder, dan is dit top.
