The advantage is that it's still in the middle of Tucson and about 2 miles from the Tucson Mall equipped with many popular restaurants. It's also just north of River Road which is a popular street for shopping, restaurants and "The Loop" which is a trail for walking and biking.

Beautiful, spacious home with fantastic kitchen! Loved the darts, pool, ping pong, and shuffle board. We were well-entertained and very, very comfortable! Would definitely stay here again! Loved it!

Any deficiencies were promptly attended to by Pete there was never anything questioned with respect too should it be fixed.
The house however was not ready for us to move in for 1 ½ month.
a. Burnt our light bulbs
b. No cleaning supplies in the house.
c. Windows not clean
d. Dirty floors and countertops
e. No sink stoppers anywhere in the house
For all of these inconveniences some of the rental money was returned.
