This Historic Motel is run as a boutique AirBnB with keypads for self-check-in and cleaning staff.

In addition to the stated cancellation policy, any credit/debit card processing fees will be deducted from the cancellation refund if a credit/debit card is used, generally around 3%.
Pet Policy
Pets must be approved before booking. While we offer pet-friendly accommodations, approval is at management's sole discretion based on factors like breed, age, and weight. Bringing a pet without prior written approval will result in an automatic $150 penalty, plus a pet fee if approved. If the pet is not approved, the reservation will not proceed and no refund will be provided. If approved after arrival, the unauthorized pet fee still applies in addition to the applicable pet fee.
If your pet is approved, it can not be left unattended in the unit. No Cats Allowed.
Absolutely no smoking. Smoking fines start at $500
If you smoke fine is $500, if smoking bothers other guests you will be responsible for any compensation to other guests.
This is a boutique road side motel. It's off the 395, if you are a light sleeper this may not be the right place for you.

We are happy to assist with returning items left behind. A $100 refundable deposit is required before shipment is arranged. Please note that return requests are subject to item recovery and availability. We are not responsible for carrier delays, loss, or damage once the package has been shipped.

It was his a quick night for a hot springs adventure but it was a cute little spot, super easy to get to and had everything we needed. Host was great about setting up the reservation with the dogs and getting the right unit. Will definitely be back.

When my wife and I stayed it appears that they were in the process of updating and renovating this entire motel. The interior of our room had already been updated with fresh paint, new fixtures, floors, bed, bed stands, flat screen tv and a remodeled bathroom. Now It didn't mention it in the listing but I believe that the bathroom floors were heated which was a pleasant surprise. The area is very lovely if you enjoy natural picturesque views, fishing and scenic drives as we do and we are definitely interested in revisiting this area in the future.
Now having said that our stay was not without its issues and there is definitely some room for improvement. My wife found it odd that there was no hair dryer in the bathroom so if you have need of one be prepared to bring your own. But by far the biggest issue we had was a very strong cigarette smell in the room which after 2 days of trying to air out never really left. This room, and everything in it, needs to be professionally deodorized. As a side note, having some sort of ventilation or fan may have helped with the smell but would not have gotten rid of it completely. I did attempt to reach out to the management via email as it was very late when we arrived but still have not received a response. Overall we enjoyed the area and I hope that this information helps them in their efforts to renovate and improve this nostalgic and cute roadside motel for future guests.
