The reception staff was friendly, and I liked the small but practical gym. The water dispenser on the guest floors, comfortable sofa, and plenty of towels were also nice. There’s a little convenience store right by the reception for quick snacks or drinks, and if you need more items like medicine, sanitary products, or souvenirs, the Westin Kierland is just 3 minutes away. Uber pickup from the hotel was super easy, and both Safeway and Walgreens are about 18 minutes away.

Comfortable beds
Most of the sun beds were in the shade all day. Very poor positioning/ location of swimming pool.
Hotel charges 25 dollars a day for parking.
Only 2 lifts ( shared with hotel staff) so often had to wait

Location was desirable. Nice shower.
No vanity light in bathroom and towels were scratchy. No bathrobes.
