This condo hits all the sweet spots. It has perfect location right on the beach and is spotless and well appointed with comfy beds and lots of space. The kitchen had everything needed. I'll make a point of returning on my next Ameilia Island trip.

Michaelangelo once said that "Trifles make perfection and perfection is no trifle." We arrived at 205 Ketch Courtyard to the sound of relaxing music playing in the background, nice touch, thank you! The unit was bright and "surface" clean as was advertised. There were, however, a number of "trifles" (smaller issues) that were in need of attention, and that detracted from the total experience that I have taken the liberty to mention here. 1. The top of the refrigerator was dirty and had obviously not been cleaned for some time.
2. The coffee pot lid was broken, which made it difficult to make coffee without making a mess.
3. The light on the table in the dining area was not working.
4. Kitchen utensils were lacking giving the impression that eating in was discouraged.
5. There were no instructions as to how to use the washer/dryer and TV. We eventually figured them out for ourselves, but it would have been nice to not have to spend valuable vacation time on it.
6. The light switch in the master bedroom was either not connected to anything or was not working.
7. We were requested to wash beach towels before we left and there was no detergent provided for this task.
8. A few more functional "amenities" would have been nice had they been provided.
9. The beds were very comfortable, but the bedsheets did not fit properly.
As I said at the beginning, "Trifles make perfection and perfection is no trifle." Overall, everything was good and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!
