Beyond expectations! Lovely beach view from balcony…all the necessities in the kitchen….fresh bed and bath linens…places for sunshine even with the chilly temperatures. And building manager was very kind.

Beautiful condo. It was clean and had a beautiful view. Easy access to the beach. The management company was great. They were easy to communicate with, on check-in day they arrived within 20 minutes, after-hours, to fix our thermostat. We would definitely stay here again! A few recommendations and heads up for future guests, but this won’t stop us from coming back!:- The mattresses are horrible. I read a prior review about them, so I was relatively prepared. But I was shocked at how beautiful the unit was and how poor the mattresses are. I also read the management’s comment to the review, and agree that mattresses are subjective to the person. My solution would be to add two nice memory foam toppers in each of the bedroom closets so the guests that do have an issue with the mattresses can be comfy.- One bedroom doesn’t have curtains over the blinds. At night, the hall lights shine through the blinds. It’d be great to add curtains to this room. - Walls are paper thin. You can hear everything! We were on the 3rd floor end unit, & could hear beside, above, & below. Not an issue for us because we are early risers & laid back, & aware it’s a condo, but heads up for future guests that may not want a 6am wake up call to doors opening/closing doors/moving furniture, etc. - The shower tile & grout need a deep cleanNone of this would deter us from booking again. We loved our condo, loved our unit, and loved our stay!! Thank you to the owner and management for a wonderful listing!

We loved the condo! It was neat and clean and had everything that we needed. The ocean view from the balcony was beautiful. Great communication from the owners for pre-arrival, arrival and departure. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at Ketch 301 for a week this November. The condo was very clean, nicely furnished, and everything we needed was provided. This was quite a nice surprise. My husband and I have travelled a great deal and have never stayed in a condo that we didn't have to buy paper products, dish detergent, etc. We were amazed to find coffee (not just a starter bag), clothes detergent, shower gel, and shampoo also provided. We have stayed at far more expensive venues that still required us to bring or buy essential items. The view from the balcony is amazing and having a restaurant with great food and outdoor seating across the street was areal plus. The condo building was clean and very quiet during our stay. Another advantage was that upon checkout, we were only asked to take out our trash and run the last of our dishes through the dishwasher. Many places want you to strip the beds, gather towels, etc. even though you have paid for cleaning. This unit is very nice and it is excellently managed.
