Le dimensioni dell'appartamento, la pulizia, l'arredamento di buon gusto, la gentilezza e la disponibilità della proprietaria, la possibilità di parcheggiare in garage dedicato, la presenza di una coppia di bicilette, la raccolta differenziata con bidoni interni al complesso.
La presenza di formiche in casa (sono state sistemate trappole ed é presente l'insetticida), la possibilità di avere uno sconto quando la piscina è chiusa in bassa stagione.

Sehr nettes Appartement etwas weg vom Zentrum, dafür direkt am See. Empfehlung geht raus. Ausstattung hat alles, was man braucht.
Schön wär’s gewesen, die Pool Regeln vorher zu kennen, damit man sich drauf einstellen kann. Kein Essen und trinken dort erlaubt.
