Welcome to Black Rock Villa, a luxurious 5-bedroom villa represented by Exceptional Villas, the top luxury villa rental company in the world as supported by Trustpilot reviews. Black Rock Villa is situated on a cliff top at the southern tip of Santorini providing breathtaking ocean views. This villa is situated close to Akrotiri, a charming village located in the very south of Santorini and offers views of the whole of the caldera.
Spread across three large floors, the house comprises several living, dining and reception areas providing a choice of secluded indoor hangouts, sheltered from the baking South Greek sun. The Living area has A/C, flat-screen satellite TV, DVD & Cd player-Hi-Fi. Here guests can laze in front of the TV, take an afternoon nap or enjoy a late-night bottle or two of the exquisite local wines! There is a large salon based on the lower ground floor, and two smaller lounges – along with an open-plan kitchen/diner – plus one large bathroom with a bathtub located on the ground floor of the house. A playroom is also available for your entertainment. The outdoor areas at Black Rock are magnificent. Four decked terraces line different sides of the villa, where guests can relax, sunbathe or dine while savoring the tranquil blue expanse of the Aegean and its astonishing evening sunsets. There is an outdoor pool, plus a Jacuzzi and barbecue area to make your recreational time even more pleasurable.

Black Rock Villa is absolutely amazing. It is in a private and relaxing area. The property is very large with space to park ATVs/cars outside. The daily breakfast is great. You have views of the ocean from 2 sides, which is not common. Great for large groups (we had 9). Host communication was excellent. Definitely stay here!

How many villas include a professional recording studio! This beautiful villa is not only a luxury villa but it includes a top class recording studio where some of the most famous artists have recorded their albums including Justin Bieber. This won't be the most important requirement when you are looking for a villa but it is a great addition to this wonderful house. It is a spacious villa and perfect for a large group of friends or family. The large pool area is a great spot to relax and take in the beautiful views. The location is ideal for a group looking for privacy and should you want to venture to Fira, it is just a short drive away.
