The room is nice and clean, and you can easily get water in the hallway. Bus station, restaurant and playground is just right outside the hotel.
No receptionist. Every communication was just online. I didn't talk to any staff in person.

Building and rooms were well maintained and everything worked well
Receptionist/waiter in the cafe/reception was very attentive and helpful
We arrived around midnight with 2 small kids after a long trip.
When picking up the keys, other guests took by mistake our room's key.
This should've been prevented from happening, it really made our arrival difficult to manage with the kids tired (we were tired too)
