I went there just for one night with my friends to watch a football match on a nearby stadium. The hotel itself has a great location, you can get pretty much all over the region just by foot or take a tram from there. Even though I found this hotel only a few weeks in advance & there was a huge event held (they were pretty much sold out), I got myself a very nice room for the price range. The staff is friendly & professional, well informed as well. Hotel wine bar is also a great addition, especially when coming back after a long day away. Rooms are also well prepared and clean. The whole complex - from the outside, through the main hall & further into the building, makes a very fancy impression, I'd even call it Victorian, yet it doesn't put a hole into your bank account. I ended my stay with a well put buffet breakfast, which gave me a great start to a new day & prepared me for a long way home.
Also! Huge shout-out to the ladies at the reception. It was absolutely packed with people when I came for check-in, yet they managed to serve all of us in due time while staying calm and composed.
Thank you for a great service & a nice stay. We'll be definitely back someday.

I spent 2 nights in this very good hotel, next to the very beautiful Silesian Park (Park Śląski). Very good pool, saunas, Polish food, and very kind staff! I strongly recommend this hotel! Andrei

My stay at this hotel was disappointing due to several issues. The bed had bedbugs, which made it difficult to feel comfortable, and there was a bit of mold in the mini-fridge. The shower holder was broken, so I couldn’t adjust the height, and the furniture was quite old and worn. The walls were very thin, and I could hear people in the hallway and the neighboring rooms, which disrupted my sleep. The mattress was hard, and the carpet had a large stain. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel without significant improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and soundproofing.
