The property was amazing. The home was very spacious. The host was awesome. Very easy to communicate and so friendly. Any issues that we had they were right on it. Giving updates and information. We were greeting upon arrival with cupcakes for the whole family. They were very considerate to all of our needs. Will rent from them again highly recommended them for anyone who needs to rent.

We have been staying at this house since 2016 and have been back four times. It is a beautiful house with an awesome backyard pool area. It's super close to the village and a short walk to a less crowded area of the beach. The new property management company was easy to deal with and even helped reunite us with air pods and phone charger that were left behind. We also appreciated the new keyless entry system on the front door.
We will not be back to this property. The price has more than quadrupled in the 6 years we have been staying here. This is truly ridiculous price-gouging and this house is not worth this amount. The beds have not been replaced since we started staying here in 2016 and they are ALL very uncomfortable, hard and noisy when you turn over. They haven't even tried to compensate with a mattress topper. I recommend that property management sleep in a bed for one night to see what I'm talking about. Vacation should be restful and that is hard to get here. Also they should put two beds in the upstairs bedroom and lose the tv. We always have someone who needs their own bed so it does make it difficult to sleep 8 comfortably. This house is screaming for a kid room with bunk beds.
Other suggestions include more hooks everywhere. There are few places to hang towels and wet bathing suits. There are no hooks in the bathroom off the pool. The shade canopy provided is not enough for 8 people to spend the day at the beach and not get burned. I would have sent new umbrellas ahead of our stay this year had I known this. You can maybe fit 3 people in the shade it provides, shoulder to shoulder. Better floats for the pool would also be appreciated. The ones there look like leftover cheapies from past tenants. One popped on us after using it for 10 minutes.
If the price were fair and they got new beds, we would definitely be back. Sleep is everything on vacation and I won’t waste another sleepless night in this house.
