The pool is heated from November 15th to April 15th. While the heater works to maintain comfortable temperatures, performance can vary during colder weather. This property requires stair access. Contact us for alternatives if mobility is a concern. We happily welcome up to 2 small dogs (up to 25 lbs) with a $250 fee per pet—breed guidelines apply to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for everyone. The minimum age to rent this property is 26. A rental agreement is required to be signed after booking and prior to check-in. By booking, you acknowledge that you will be required to complete and sign the rental agreement.

This property was a blessing. Location: right in close proximity to the village center, the beach, and stores / restaurants / bars. Property: very nice. Clean, TVs in every room (and by the pool). Functional kitchen, clean, functional grill. All the necessary cooking accessories. Pool is very nice. AC works great. Has an elevator to help get all the luggage upstairs. Has 4 beach cruiser bicycles to use. Has folding lawn chairs, beach toys for kids, etc. Hosts/Customer Service: Top notch. Very responsive answering any questions, etc. My wife wants to stay here again next year when we go back.

This house was absolutely perfect for our family of five adults. The location could not be beat. Siesta Key Village restaurants were a happy discovery, especially The Cottage. There is a well stocked market just a block away so you can get necessities easily. We used the heated pool and the beach cart and chairs. It was a little chilly in FL but we still walked the beach daily.
