La disponibilité et la gentillesse de l'hôte au téléphone, en arrivant, pour nous orienter.
L'emplacement, et l'appartement qui est très bien.
Cependant, situé au 3eme étage d'un immeuble ancien, en cours de rénovation, avec un escalier un peu étroit.
Le système de mise à disposition des clés (il y a plusieurs boites).
L'escalier en colimaçon, et étroit.
3 étages à gravir, avec des valises lourdes ; ce peut être compliqué pour certains hôtes.

- Emplacement exceptionnel en plein centre historique
- Très bon équipement
- Simplicité d'arrivée et de départ
- Le bâtiment gagnerait à être mis à niveau dans les communs (bâti ancien "dans son jus", bricolage "à la française")
- Environnement animé parfois bruyant (café de jeunes à proximité)

Great location.
The description indicated parking was provided. In fact paid parking was in a nearby garage. That was a little deceiving. The apartment is much smaller than it appears in photos. The extremely narrow winding stairs up three flights isn't for everyone. The apartment was very hot, and the only ventilation was to leave windows open, which wasn't great with noisy bar scene directly below. We expected to meet the host at some point but that never happened.
