Beautiful decor, lovely setting, delicious food, friendly staff, spacious rooms
Teeny bit noisy in the apartment as it is next to the kitchen, suite was nice and quiet. Note the ladder to the mezzanine is very narrow- we had an older child so all good

We loved the place overall. It is in an amazing location and it has nice and clean rooms. We particularly liked the horse riding activity
A bit more standardized training for all associates could help, as not everyone knew the answers right away and sometimes had to check with the owner. Also a fridge in the room would have been welcome - but the situation was handled well.

Nice restaurant on the property with delicious breakfast. Good location, close to a nice waterhole and Lom.
Our family "room" was facing the carpark and all cars could park literally in front on our patio. Weird set-up. Cabin was nice but could have been placed elsewhere on the property. Not easy to see the horses.
