Spend your winter vacation tearing up the slopes at one of the country's best ski mountains. When the weather is fair, load up your clubs and drive over to Rollingstone Ranch Golf Course for some relaxing time out on the greens, only two miles from this condo. Additional attractions await just four miles away at the center of town, including a number of fantastic restaurants, fascinating museums, and the famous Old Town Hot Springs.

We have stayed in numerous properties around Steamboat and this is our favorite location. I choose according to balcony view, how the sun hits the unit (since there’s no AC), walk ability to places, and we have stayed 2 years in a row now. The only downside is how uncomfortable the King bed is. It’s very hard and I debated sleeping on the couch instead.

The condo was nice. There are two items that need attention. The temperature was not controlled within the unit, and it got hot during the night. The cable is also not easily managed in this unit. Found cable very hard to use.

Was very nice, but did not have air conditioning. The staff did a great job getting fans, but when it’s near 100 degrees fans just don’t really cool down the place. Other than that was a fantastic place.
