A gas fireplace is the centerpiece of an open layout living area with comfortable furniture, an exposed beam ceiling, and a dining area with a table for six. This home also recently had a brand new split air conditioning system installed (2024) to make those extra warm summer time days extra comfortable. The sliding glass door opens out to a private, covered patio ideal for alfresco dining in the mountain air. The well-equipped, full kitchen features stainless steel appliances and beautiful granite countertops with breakfast bar seating for four.
The main bedroom features an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is also a queen bed and a twin over twin bunk bed in the second bedroom. There is a second full bathroom off of the guest bedroom.

Afterward, grab an après-ski meal at one of the amazing mountaintop restaurants. The kids will love a trip to Howelsen Ice Arena, just three and a half miles north, where you can enjoy a pleasant open-skate on the ice and even goof off in inflated bumper cars.

This unit was comfortable and well equipped. Sofa and mattresses were very good. We had no problems. Being on the ground floor was nice for easy coming and going and probably kept us cooler than upper units.

We picked this rental because we thought it was on the edge of woods and meadows as depicted in one of the photos. Instead we had a view of the parking lot garbage dumpsters and a unusable tennis court. We paid a premium for this unit and expected something way nicer. When we complained the management company discounted or nightly rate which was nice. I wouldn’t stay there again unless the price was much lower They did have comfortable lazy boy chairs.
