A gas fireplace is the centerpiece of an open layout living area with comfortable furniture, an exposed beam ceiling, and a dining area with a table for six. Embracing the crisp, refreshing climate of the Rockies, this home relies on cool mountain breezes rather than central air conditioning. For your personalized comfort on warmer days this home features a split air conditioning system —perfectly positioned to keep the primary bedroom and the main living area crisp and cool. The sliding glass door opens out to a private, covered patio ideal for alfresco dining in the mountain air. The well-equipped, full kitchen features stainless steel appliances and beautiful granite countertops with breakfast bar seating for four.
The main bedroom features an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is also a queen bed and a twin over twin bunk bed in the second bedroom. There is a second full bathroom off of the guest bedroom.

This unit was comfortable and well equipped. Sofa and mattresses were very good. We had no problems. Being on the ground floor was nice for easy coming and going and probably kept us cooler than upper units.

My group had three separate condos, this was by far the best one. Best ski condo feel, the size, layout, and updates were the best. Parking could be better . No private hot tub but public hot tub near by. Shuttle service is excellent.
