This home features a newly remodeled kitchen with a breakfast bar and a dining area with seating for six, great for meals and family game nights. The cozy living area has a gas fireplace, access to the private balcony, and lots of natural light cascading in through large windows.
The main bedroom features balcony access and an attached bathroom. The living room has a sofa bed for extra guest accommodations.

Location of this is great, walkable to areas around the mountain base and the shuttle service was outstanding. The condo is very comfortable but a little dated and has the basics but no extras. Beware of the heat if it's cold. We set the heat at 68 but it was so cold inside and out when we got there that we woke up our first morning and it was 58 degress inside the unit. It eventually caught up and was fine the rest of our stay but first morning was a little rough.

Perfect Family Stay in Steamboat!
We had a fantastic experience at this condo! The location couldn’t have been better — just minutes from all the action in Steamboat, but still quiet and relaxing. Access was super easy, which made check-in and coming and going a breeze.
The hot tubs were almost always available, and the pool was a hidden gem — very private and shaded, which is rare and made it even more enjoyable during the day. We were traveling with family and everyone felt comfortable and at home. The space was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.
We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and family-friendly spot in Steamboat!

Warm, updated, and clean; this location had a 5 minute walk to the ski resort and the shuttle service is phenomenal (only runs during winter). The condo was great with a few minor details to improve on.
