There is a free local bus across the street and Free Condo Shuttle. Complex has a heated outdoor pool and 2 hot tubs, gym/workout room, newly renovated meeting space, computer area, and pool table.

Parties are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am daily.
We have an extremely strict NO SMOKING policy of any kind inside the unit, on the balcony or in the building whatsoever.
Animals, including service animals, are NOT permitted inside the building or in the unit at any time per the HOA regulations.
