About this villa rental
Protaras Holiday Villa Michelle is a beautiful property with large 4x8m overflow pool, conveniently located in one of the best areas of Pernera just a few minutes walk to the beach and all amenities. Even though very central the villa is situated in a quiet area in a small development of just 12 houses.
Within 3 minutes' walk from the villa you will find a number of local and international restaurants, bars and cafes, supermarket, water-park and shops
The ground floor features an open plan living room with flat screen satellite TV and a modern fully equipped kitchen. The whole ground floor opens up to a covered veranda and the pool area which is nicely secluded.
On the upper floor there is the master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite shower, a second double room, a twin room and the family bathroom.
Villa Michelle is fully air-conditioned, has free Wi-Fi internet and central heating.
Over all Villa Michelle is ideal for family vacations.
Protaras Holiday Villa Michelle is located in one of the best locations in Pernera. Within a 200 metre radius you will find a doctors, restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and much more. Pernera year on year is increasing in popularity and is fastly becoming as popular as neighbouring town Protaras. The beaches are excellent, the nightlife is great and the value for the level of accommodation is even better. Pernera is fantastic for everyone!
The central Protaras Strip and Sunrise Beach is only 15 minutes' walk away and Pernera Centre is only about 3 minutes' walk.

We love this villa and have stayed here several times now. It’s positioned in a great location with great facilities. Always cleaned to a very high standard and has plenty of room for a family of 4. Service has always been excellent from siamtanis and rent villa cyprus. Thank you again for a great stay - see you in August!

Just love the place, area and location. Dealing with the staff is really easy and they are very helpful. Amazing 3 weeks.
Some of the furniture is very tired but we bought some throws etc as we are going to be repeat guests in the future. The back garden fence screening could do with some attention as it was falling apart but I fixed it as best I could to make it look a little less scruffy.

Good size villa for 5 adults, great location for what we wanted, really clean inside and out when we arrived, really clean pool, plenty of shade in the hot afternoons with the trees good AC, good value.
The beds weren’t the most comfortable, outside even tho clean was looking very dated, kitchen could be more functional but we managed, the on suit bathroom needs updating.
We’ve seen the price increase for next year and we feel these improvements would justify the cost increase.
