About this villa rental
Protaras Holiday Villa Michelle is a beautiful property with large 4x8m overflow pool, conveniently located in one of the best areas of Pernera just a few minutes walk to the beach and all amenities. Even though very central the villa is situated in a quiet area in a small development of just 12 houses.
Within 3 minutes' walk from the villa you will find a number of local and international restaurants, bars and cafes, supermarket, water-park and shops
The ground floor features a open plan living room with flat screen satellite TV and a modern fully equipped kitchen and guest WC. The whole ground floor opens up to a covered veranda and the pool area which is nicely secluded and offers a pool safety fence for ease of mind if you have young children.
On the upper floor there is the master bedroom with a double bed, bedroom TV and an en-suite shower, a second bedroom with a double bed and a baby crib, a third bedroom with two single beds and the family bathroom.
Villa Michelle is fully air-conditioned, has free Wi-Fi internet, Satellite TV and central heating.
Over all Villa Michelle is ideal for family vacations.
Protaras Holiday Villa Michelle is located in one of the best locations in Pernera. Within a 200 metre radius you will find a doctors, restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and much more. Pernera year on year is increasing in popularity and is fastly becoming as popular as neighbouring town Protaras. The beaches are excellent, the nighlife is great and the value for the level of accommodation is even better. Pernera is fantastic for everyone!
The central Protaras Strip and Sunrise Beach is only 15 minutes' walk away and Pernera Centre is only about 3 minutes' walk.

Really great expirience, heated pool, location close to shops and resturants.
Not far from sea and located in second row from the street, so its less noisy.
3 bathrooms helped in case of big family.

Spacious villa. Gorgeous pool which we paid for heating. Not warm but definitely took the chill off. Comfy loungers with brand new pads. Well equipped kitchen. Comfy beds and boiling hot showers. Everything you could need. Nice welcome goodies in fridge.
There was building work right behind which we were not warned about. Very noisy all week. Almost ruined our stay. If we hadn't paid for the heated pool we would have asked to move. We should have been warned in advance. It looks like it is almost finished and they were racing to get it done for the season but that didn't help us. The ensuite in the master bedroom needs a couple of towels hooks. Small rail which doesn't take towels for two people. The address didn't work on the sat nav, so tricky to find. Luckily I memorized the map.

The pool and garden areas are fantastic the villa was very well equipped. Excellent customer service. Very responsive to emails and messages.
Nothing can be improved such a shame we had to move due to construction work to the rear of the property. Hopefully that won’t last long. To be fair, we were out of season, so I expect they will be completed before the full season starts.
