The property is part of, but separate from, Newcourt Manor, a larger building that is also for rent. The location was good for us as we were visiting a friend who lives in Lugwardine. The kitchen was perfectly adequate, living room spacious, a good shower and 2 decent sized bedrooms. Parking was in allocated spaces, at the front of the building.
I thought that overall the property was overpriced. At £60 per person per night I expected a higher standard of decor. To say that the property was "tired" is being kind. It needs new carpets, redecorating and the general shabbiness updated.

We had a problem because the heating didn't work on our first morning and it was quite cold. I sent an email for help and there was a fairly quick response and the problem was sorted.
An observation......... Fortunately we didn't need it but the first aid box was on top of the kitchen cupboard and impossible to reach, It would be far more accessible if it was in one of the kitchen cupboards.
