the layout of the house, three modern bathrooms. location near Pollenca (can walk), openness plot, style house, kitchen, airco's. Beautiful area. Enough shade. Plenty of deckchairs. All electric appliences were working properly!
Arrived with long grass on lawn, so bad start and it was weekend no contact could be made with hosts. First thing Monday though it was dealt with. Because of wild goats plot is fenced off with chicken wire which takes away the nice view on mountains somewhat and reduces the hugh plot to relatively small.

Really nice villa located up in the hills walkable distance from the old town of Pollenca and a short drive from the Port of Pollenca. It had been renovated obviously. The garden is huge, you don’t see a living soul if you don’t want to. Only some goats. :) It’s totally private location with incredibly beautiful landscapes. The kitchen is very well equipted, you’ll find everything you need for your comfortable stay. I would love to stay there once again when in Mallorca. Recommended!
You can easily run out of the hot water when you accomodate 8 guests.
