Villa Calvario by Sealand Villas

La maison a beaucoup de charme avec pleins d'espaces extérieurs assez magiques. La vue et l'emplacement sont exceptionnels. Des personnes sont venues nettoyer la piscine On a remplacé le grille-pain dès que nous avons signalé qu'il ne fonctionnait plus. La maison était très propre et ne manquait pas d'équipement. C'est une maison à flan de colline avec quelques escaliers mais c'est assez sécurisé et nous n'avons pas eu peur pour notre enfant. C'est vraiment une maison de vacances idéale pour un séjour en famille.

La literie de la chambre parentale pourrait être remplacée. Le mobilier intérieur n'est pas exactement au goût du jour mais il est confortable et en bon état, conforme aux photos.

The location is fantastic. It was a very short walk to the main square. We come to Pollenca every year and this is the best location we have ever had.

The restricted use of A/C - We had an unwell child (tooth infection). She had a high temperature, and we asked that the A/C be switched on outside the informed hours of use (1400 to 1600 and 2000 to 0800). We were told this was not possible. I am not sure if this is a company restriction or a government restriction. Also, there is a strict leaving policy regarding the removal of rubbish and how clean the villa is. Finally, the bedroom on the lower level is not connected internally to the main house and can only be reached via steps outside. This might be important if you have younger children.

Had an amazing stay with my family with children aged 1 to 16. The location was great and the house had rustic charm. I would higly recommend it to anyone. There isnt a better location in the old town. Th handling agents were very helpful and easy to deal with.

The kitchen is a little small and the essentials were not provided eg washing up liquid, salt, pepper and other little things that you would expect. The aircon was on a timer and in 38 degree heat and a young baby who needs to nap, I would like to decide when I use the air conditioning.

Idyllic setting, fantastic location with view over the town and surrounding hills. The villa had everything needed for a perfect stay and as a base to explore the island. The best feature was certainly outdoors with numerous places to have breakfast or lunch, both in the sun and shade.

Although we dined out every evening, storage in the kitchen was lacking.
