Mein Mann verbrachte 7 Tage in der Wohnung da er die Stufen nicht bewältigen konnte.
Die Lage war gut.
Die Ferienwohnung lag im Dachgeschoss über den 4.Stockwerk.Insgesamt gelangte man über 96 Stufen in die Ferienwohnung,einen Fahrstuhl gab es nicht.Diese Information kam einen Tag vor Anreise.Für kranke und körperlich eingeschränkte Personen (die in meiner Familie waren)nicht akzeptabel.

To prywatne mieszkanie do wynajmu, a nie apartament, nie ma windy, ani recepcji. To mieszkanie w ogóle nie powinno być wynajmowane ze względu na nękającą i agresywną sąsiadkę. Zanim jeszcze wnieśliśmy bagaże Pani wyszła na klatkę i zaczęła na nas krzyczeć, że to budowa, a jak kogoś nie stać to na budowę się nie przyjeżdża. Obrażała nas krzycząc trzy razy w ciągu jednego dnia, a potem zaczęła naciskać nasz dzwonek do drzwi o 23:30 bo słyszała, że rozkładaliśmy kanapę. Pani ewidentnie jest w konflikcie z właścicielem mieszkania, który wynajmuje okazjonalnie i robi wszystko, aby on zrezygnował z wynajmu dlatego zniechęca turystów. Robi to celowo, właśnie po to, aby turyści pisali takie opinie. Wiec Pani osiąga swój cel, ale przestrzegam pomimo to innych najemców, bo nie po to się wyjeżdża na wakacje, aby być w stresie czy ktoś na nas zaraz nie nakrzyczy. Odradzam najmu jeśli chcecie miło wypocząć. Dodam, że cena apartamentu była wysoka, wzięliśmy go bo chcieliśmy coś na ostatnią chwilę na 7 osób, a wszystko było już zajęte.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung
Gute Lage, schöne Aussicht, sehr schöne gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Bei Fragen und Problemen ist der Vermieter gut erreichbar und antwortet schnell.
In der oberen Etage sehr harte Betten. Bei Anreise mit 2 Autos, leider nur ein Parkplatz zur Ferienwohnung vorhanden. Andere Auto musste teuer geparkt werden.

Die Lage zum Strand. Die Größe der Wohnung und die Ausstattung. Es wurde Einiges modernisiert. Wenn keine Bauarbeiten stattfinden, ist die Unterkunft sicherlich ganz schön.
Das Haus war eingerüstet, was auch bekannt war. Es war jedoch nicht bekannt, dass im Wohnzimmer kein Sichtschutz angebracht war. Die Arbeiter sind morgens um 7 Uhr an den Fenstern vorbeigelaufen und wir hatten keine Privatsphäre. Der Balkon konnte nicht genutzt werden, da dort Baumaterialien gelagert wurden und auch dort gearbeitet wurde. Der Schmutz drang dann auch durch die geschlossene Balkontür. Der Vermieter war nur über Email zu erreichen. Booking com hat sich bemüht Abhilfe zu schaffen, was jedoch nicht gelungen ist. Wir hatten gottseidank nur 4 Übernachtungen und wurden dann tatsächlich mit 10% Rückerstattung entschädigt. Die Wohnung liegt im 4 Stock ohne Fahrstuhl.

Ich würde jeder Zeit wieder diese Unterkunft buchen und auch weiter empfehlen das es dort sehr schön war.
Die Ausstattung war super es war alles vorhanden was man brauchte
Leider gab es nur einen Parkplatz, da wir aber mit zwei Autos angereist sind mussten wir uns noch einen Parkplatz suchen.
