Prominence 30A pet friendly rental "Endless Summer" in Watersound, Florida by Panhandle Getaways is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom vacation home complete with all of the conveniences of home. FREE GOLF DURING YOUR STAY!
Endless Summer is well suited for your crew with its large and open floor plan and fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. There is plenty of room for gathering while meals are prepared as the floor plan allows for easy sight into the living area.
Guests will certainly enjoy the close proximity to the amazing Prominence community amenities. The 5,000 sq. ft. pool is surrounded by a large pool deck and nice shady areas in which to enjoy. The beach is an enjoyable and easy bike ride away.

Prominence is one of the most popular communities on 30A and features incredible amenities, open green spaces and easy access to over 17 miles of bike paths. Prominence is perfectly located to new and long time 30A haunts as well as the beautiful white beaches of Scenic 30A. Guests will enjoy a beautiful town center and 2 resort style pools.
Located at the town center, the Big Chill is a hot-spot for entertainment and features an outdoor 25 ft LED theater screen for sporting events and movie nights on the green. Concerts, family activities, restaurants, and boutique shops are just some of the things to do within a less than 5 minute walk.
Prominence is centrally located on 30A between Seagrove and Seaside to the west and Alys and Rosemary Beach to the east.

Beach Accesses for ALL Prominence homes are via South Walton public beach access points. Most Prominence guests utilize Deer Lake State Park beach access or other nearby public beach accesses. Prominence homes do not have direct beach access via Watersound Club nor do they have access to Watersound private club facilities.
INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.
E-Checks are accepted for advance reservations at no additional charge (15 days prior to check in). All credit card payments will incur a 3.5% convenience fee.

The house was perfect for our stay. We have family in the area we were visiting and the house was able to host everyone for dinners and was comfortable for the crew that was staying. The rental group was super responsive for any questions I had leading up to our stay as well which was greatly appreciated! We’ll be back for sure!

This was a great family get away place to stay.
The only thing that was confusing was trying to find the place. The directions were not very clear.
Other than that the place is amazing and we loved having the golf cart and bikes.

Beautiful unit, just like the pictures. Great location close multiple public beaches. The golf cart was very convenient, and we used the beach chairs in the garage. WiFi is spotty but it is not their fault because there is bad internet signal in the area. Bring your own beach towels. Our family would stay here again. Thank you for hosting us!
