Great location, few things could definitely be updated and fixed with the property but overall not bad.

Pros: view was fabulous on the beach. Patios were great with comfortable seating. Cons: The flooring in the downstairs was terrible. After complaining, rugs were brought over. That helped. The sofas were filthy and only one was a sleeper.

our family come to the area every 4th week. all in all we had 35 people.. each family gets their own condo or share with another couple

Property did not match the photos on line but it did have great beach views. The property has not been maintained wet well. However, the property manager did respond quickly to the refrigerator not cooling. The best thing about the property was the close proximity to beach access.
