Prominence is one of the most popular communities on 30A and features incredible amenities, open green spaces and easy access to over 17 miles of bike paths. Prominence is perfectly located to new and long time 30A haunts as well as the beautiful white beaches of Scenic 30A. Guests will enjoy a beautiful town center and 2 resort style pools.
Located at the town center, the Big Chill is a hot-spot for entertainment and features an outdoor 25 ft LED theater screen for sporting events and movie nights on the green. Concerts, family activities, restaurants, and boutique shops are just some of the things to do within a less than 5 minute walk.

Beach Accesses for ALL Prominence homes are via South Walton public beach access points. Most Prominence guests utilize Deer Lake State Park beach access or other nearby public beach accesses. Prominence homes do not have direct beach access via Watersound Club nor do they have access to Watersound private club facilities.
INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.
E-Checks are accepted for advance reservations at no additional charge (15 days prior to check in). All credit card payments will incur a 3.5% convenience fee.

Great place! Clean and right next to everything. Getting to beach isn’t easy. Would recommend for young teen getaway.

This was our first time to stay in this area and we really enjoyed it. We will definitely book here again. We were a little disappointed that the Deer Lake beach entrance was closed and we really felt that would of added convince and comfort to our trip. Also, the master bedroom could use a little something extra on the windows. The sun shinning through at 5:45 am is not pleasant for those who like to sleep in a bit on vacation. My suggestion to the owners would also be to update the coffee maker. The one that is there is cute but not functional at all. We tried for 3 mornings to make a pot of coffee, only to end in a complete mess, every time. So, we just walked across the street to get coffee for the remainder of our stay. Other than those very small issues, the location of the townhouse was perfect, so cute and very clean.

We loved the location and spaciousness of the house. The golf cart and bicycles were life savers. The only think that would have been more beneficial would be more bath towels and more kitchen towels. Overall it was an excellent Brno and we would recommend to others.
