The place was great and as advertised. Super clean upon arrival. Wonderful location and beach home. My only complaint was right before we traveled to the rental, the property manager notified me that we would be having a mandatory fire department inspection during our stay. Since we brought our dog, we were uncomfortable with this. We also are spending a lot of money to go on vacation and don't want to deal with unwanted visitors and being disrupted. The property manager refused to accommodate my request to change the inspection to another time. I spoke with VRBO who was ready to offer a full refund. The property manager was able to change the inspection instantly after word that VRBO was going to offer a refund.

The place was good. However the oven and dryer did not produce enough heat so it took forever to cook and dry things.

My family of 4 plus our tiny little schnauzer enjoyed our stay here thoroughly. It was the perfect location for everything you would need. The house was clean amd had everything we needed. Small issue with the love seat but the owner decided to just replace the entire living room set so we got to enjoy new furniture. Woo-hoo!
The only concern was the pool which was not as clean as expected but I wouldn't blame that on the property owner. We enjoyed the beach so much that it didn't really matter about the pool but the option to swim would have been great.
We walked almost everywhere because of the proximity to the pier, shopping and restaurants. Perfect stay and we shall return. I even recorded a video of the property to show friends. I would just suggest booking early because this house stays booked. Thanks for the great memories with my family..
